Worpromate 290 by Bandai 1987
Produced by Bandai at the year of 1987, Worpromate is a dial typewriter made for kids. What's fun with this is there's a counterpart for girls (Lettermate) and unisex (Seallettermate). The Lettermate version has also featured famous magical girls such as Magical Angel Creamy Mami. For the Worpromate that I bought, it is still complete with the cartridges, botlle of ink, postcards, stationeries and letter envelopes. The cartridges have katakana, hiragana, and romaji. What made me buy this toy aside that it's produced in the 80's was it reminded me of the times when we still use typewriters in writing letters and doing school projects. Growing up in the 80's and 90's the changes in technology was really fast. I remember I was almost getting good at using the typewriters and then suddenly computers were introduced. In a blink of an eye, there were no bulky computers and laptops became the trend. Technology for me seems crazy sometimes and amazing at the same time.

One of the vintage looking dolls that I own. I don't know much about this doll, but her markings at the back says "Watanabe Toys". I don't also know the year it was produced. She looks so cute with her freckles and unique hairstyle.

Violin Set Chocolate Rabbit
This is part of the piano trio recital together with the cello set and piano set. The set was so adorable with its miniature violin and special red dress for chocolate rabbit. Not really sure when it was released. What I know is it's also a part of the town series.

Vintage tin robot space explorer (King Metal)
I have also fascination with tin lithographed toys. The one that I bought is a windup space explorer pushing an ice cream cart. The whimsical design really caught my interest. Not really sure of the production year, but according to auction websites it's alreadg vintage.

Tuxedo Cat Family Sylvanian (2008-2011)
The Tuxedo cat family also known as the Marlowe Family is consisted of Mason (father cat), Natalie (mother), Felicia (big sister), Lily and Rose (the twin girls), and Midnight, Jessica and Peppermint (the baby triplets). What I have is the #5306 set which only has the three members of the family. The Marlowe cat family was my first Sylvanian family set. One of the reasons is I'm a cat person and I also have cats as pets. They reminds me of my pet cats too.

Tomy Yukko-chan charm series Yukko fashionable dressmaking shop
The doll was produced by Tomy in the year of 1972. I think the rarest is the cycling Yukko-chan. This is my only playset of Yukko-chan, but I was lucky enough that I purchased the set in a very good condition. The accessories are complete, except for Yukko-chan's original dress (white blouse and orange jumpsuit). The sewing machine is still working after a few repairs and there were no damages even at the case. The set also contains a small pattern booklet and manual. Definitely one of my favorites since I also do doll clothes as a hobby.

TOMY CHAR G Table Circuit RC Car Wheelie & Spin Turn 1990
I don't know much about CharG but what charms me in buying this was because of the size and how cute it looked. There were a lot of variations. What I got is the BMW850. I'm not also sure if this is a rare item of not. But still for me it's a great find.

Takara Tomy Licca-Chan Mister Donut Playset
What I love about this playset is the miniature donuts that look realistic. The coffee machine is also fun to play with. My set was incomplete with some paper bags and one table, but still, it looks so adorable! At first, I bought the playset case, the shelves and a few donuts. I then hunted for the rest of the accessories in various secondhand shops. I purchased a table and chair to arrive this month to finally complete the set. It took almost 2 years to complete.

Takara Timotei (Jenny friend) 1995
A new version of Timotei was produced by the year of 1995. The notable change on the doll was her eye. the first version has blue eyes, and this second version has green eyes. I think the hair is also longer. I read in one of the museums here- Oswald's Museum- that there are a lot of small changes on every reproduction of the green-eyed Timotei.

Takara Timotei (Jenny friend) 1990
I think this is the first version of Timotei doll produced at the year of 1990. She has long blond hair and blue eyes. She's one of my favorites from various Jenny friends. One of the reasons why I fell in-love with Takara dolls is because of Timotei. I love her cute face and calm expression. Her signature long hair gives her an elegant, vintage vibe.

Takara Licca-chan First Generation
I'm not really knowledgeable with every generation of the Takara Licca-chan. I only know from researching that the first-generation dolls were produced at the year of 1967. Mine has a no-twist waist and belly button. The charm of the first generation for me is her hairstyle and face. The clothes were from the playset of first-generation mama Orie's dressmaking shop.

Takara Licca-chan Cosmetic Pink LD-15
She belongs to the new generation of Licca-chan dolls that I own. Originally, she wears a pink dress with a fur neckline. The dress was printed with cute illustrations of various cosmetic products. She also has a fur heart-shaped bag with a beaded handle, and a fur beret adorned also with pearls and ribbons. She also wears pink sandals that matches the color of her hair. My cosmetic pink Licca-chan doesn't come with any clothes when I bought her. The clothes she's wearing now is one of my creations. It took me a while too to restore her especially her hair that was stuck with glue. I was so happy that I was able to make her look like this.

Takara Licca wearing handmade Card Captor Sakura Costume
I grew up watching Card Captor Sakura. What I love about the show is the various costumes that she wears in every episode. When I finally can sew doll clothes, it's one of my goals to make even one of her clothes. This is my handsewn doll clothes of Sakura's pink kitty costume from episode 8 (where she captured Thunder). For Licca-chan, I have to trim her hair to copy Sakura's hairstyle.
