Lamborghini Countach LP 5000 QV 2022 Car Culture: Jay Leno's Garage
The Lamborghini Countach is a rear-mid engined sports car produced by Lamborghini from 1970 to 1990. Designed by Marcello Gandini and Paolo Stanzani, the car popularized the "wedge" shape for many Italian sports cars, particularly future Lamborghinis. The LP 5000 QV is one of the later enhancements of the Countach, with the Lamborghini V12 stroked to 5.2L and given four valves per cylinder. 610 cars were produced in this specification.
The base of the casting reads Lamborghini Countach LP5000. This casting is a modification of Ryu Asada's Lamborghini Countach Pace Car casting sans lightbar.
