「風林火山」(ふうりんかざん、長野県)
井上靖の歴史小説（1955年）。武田信玄の軍師山本勘助を主人公とし、上杉謙信との闘争を描く物語。69年に映画化された。
これは川中島の戦い、信玄と謙信を描く作品。鮮やかな彩色と金粉の加工で迫力満点。全長58cm。

2, イラストは信濃の山々を背景に描かれる信玄と謙信、川中島の戦い。
3, イラストの拡大。騎乗の謙信が信玄に斬りかかり、信玄が軍配でこれを防ぐ様子。頼山陽の漢詩 "流星光底 長蛇逸す" の図である。
4, タイトルは和文。筆文字風の漢字で "風林火山" 。金粉で装飾されている。

"風林火山" Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan, Nagano Prefecture.
FURINKAZAN is a historical novel set in medieval Japan by Yasushi Inoue. It depicts the struggle against Uesugi Kenshin with Takeda Shingen's military strategist Yamamoto Kansuke as the main character.
Length 58cm （22.8in). This pennant was produced around the 1970s. #vintage

Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan is the military code of Shingen Takeda. It means wind, forest, fire, and mountain. The idea is that to win a battle, one should move quickly like the wind, stand quietly like a forest, attack fiercely like a fire, and stand like a mountain.
